Topmixer⌠do you drive a mixer? When I started on mixers my left leg was killing me from a heavy clutch and constant use running out curbs or slowly moving around sites. Got used to it eventually.

Ditto with bulk blowers delivering to farms. I was the first on our fleet to get an i-Shift; one of the first things I noticed was that dull ache on the left hip which used to persist sometimes till late in the evening after a particularly difficult day on Welsh farm lanes, wasnât there any more.
Glad I know how to use a crash box and double de-clutch; also glad I donât have to any more.
