We got £50 xmas bonus. just under £1 a week bonus for the whole year which is better than a kick in the teeth. I for one am grateful, but many of the drivers aren’t so appreciative.

At my old gaff we were given a bonus based on your earnings, so the lowest earners only got £50, one said one year, at the Christmas party, “I’d rather have nothing!”
Next year, as the boss had overheard this, and ■■■■ all was all was all he got…

There were a miss-understanding with Christmas Bonus and Party.
Bonus was £700.- for bringing 7 Drivers to Company,i didnt actually. I just gave the Contact Details to a Friend who forwarded them in Pub with my Name and everyone applyed saying i made them doing it,
and the Christmas Party was a Coffee when Cheque got handed over.
Sometimes you just get from surprise to surprise,and now we have 7 more English Drivers
4 of them left today already with 65 Plate Renaults.
