No he doesn’t win by default. (IMO). I actually found him and his team quite entertaining.
I was just pointing out that Grimmy is the worst replacement they could have found.
I am a big fan of Cliff Richard but other people on here might hate him but that don’t bother Cliff or me.

He might have been ‘made redundant’ from his morning slot but he certainly wasn’t fired from Radio 1 as he was offered another slot.

Still don’t know if he quit or they were pushed.Apparently Radio 1 had / have offered Moyles a radio slot as he had over a year of his contract still to run but he’s never been in touch back. Would be surprised if we ever hear him back on the radio, on any station.
he was offered a evening weekend slot but turned it down, i recon he gonna turn up on radio 2 taking over from that numpty steve wright
With you on that. Steve Wright is a complet and utter w***shaft. His cringe worthy interviews, has crap jokes and back chat, his idiot sidekick, the singing along to songs even though i keep texting hin to tell him to shut his facegina. Bloody idiot.

Grimshaw had another listener a minute ago. First time I have heard him…wet,wet. No wonder Moyles is fuming. The BBC gays have taken over! Never liked Moyles but he was 200 times better than the replacement. I gave grim 2minutes airtime.

Mornings just aint the same without his show, I’ve tried Evans but can’t stand any more than 5 mins of him, just flick between Nicky Campbell on 5live, and Alan Brazil on Talksport now. Mornings don’t go in as fast as they used to, on a Monday when I was a more miserable ■■■■■■■ than normal 
he used to help me through it.
Im exactly the same,Evans seems to talk away from the Mic to much and it ■■■■■■ me off,i just keep searching local radio till i find a retro tune to sing to. 99 red balloons anyone.
I travel in silence in the morning as my CD player is broken, but once I’m in the patrol car, straight to absolute 80s on DAB radio. Brilliant station, takes me back to my teenage years.
Brilliant tip on the absolute radio,just downloaded 80,s and 90,s on my phone. gona have to invest in a dab radio for the lorry now.
