I would poss do opposite leave the tank full drop the trailer make sure it smell nice & fresh when you leave ( ie some of your wife /g/f perfume sprayed just before you leave ) clean the cab etc
Then he will wonder what is going on you on the other hand just make a dairy of al the thing he has / hasnt done then you can report him at some point but bide your time

Best way to do it, be 100% beyond reproach and let your “friend” give himself enough rope. Never get angry, just get even.
if you want to play into his hands, then do as you’ve done, then drop all the air out of the trailer air tanks, drop all the air out of the unit tanks, and that’ll do his head in.
however, if you really want to wind him up, then leave everything perfect, mint the cab inside and out, stow away the susies, and a regular change of air freshener, anything to show that you arn’t going to bite.
but remember, if you do the ■■■ for tat routine, it will get out of hand, and it could become dangerous.
