Obviously a man of many talents, I always thought of him as a crooner and sadly knew nothing of his sterling work assisting the French authorities.

I’m back on my mooring for the Winter now, I’m working for an agency in Coventry, did three days for a plant hire firm this week and I’m starting work at 1300 today delivering a container somewhere. The late start suited me quite well as I’ve had to fit new leisure batteries to the boat this morning and I’ve got to go empty the bog when Popmaster is finished. I’ll be working until March now but I’ll probably go for a short cruise at Christmas.
