If you have use all 4 1/2 driving hours you are supposed to stop all work and start your break. The info that is missing is why the lady is asking truckman020 to move. From his account he was not obstructing her.

If you have one of the newer version tachos, you could have driven for less than 30 secs, then put it straight back on break and it will record unbroken break.
That is all well and good until the head is downloaded it will show up one of our drivers got a £120 fine from Yorkshire police for doing exactly that
