UK Mail - they are running around the North & South Circ all night long,
mini hub just off the A13, feeds depots at Greenford, Dartford, Croydon, Slough, Barking, Radlett
plus the depots outside the Cess pitt - like Tonbridge, Medway, Basildon, Burgess Hill, Guildford,
That sounds like the sort of route that spotty faced yoof (planner) I last worked with would have given me, but then again, I used to think ‘it ain’t my diesel.’

The police stopped me in Brent at 3am, back in 2002, and they asked me where I’d come from (Park Royal) and where I was going. I was heading for the M11, they told me to take the A1/A41 to the M25 because I wasn’t allowed to use the north circular overnight. As far as I know this was untrue.
There is no restriction on the north circular. Nor coming past London gateway services either. They are both on the excluded roads network.
They are in the Low Emission Zone though, and there are trucks out there that can’t use those routes and carries a £1000 penalty for using them.
