Can I go do a change over without dcpc?

prob is some have said go and do it. . you have,nt and my opinion is you have done the right thing… a trawl through the posts on here will prove that if you choose to bend the rules and get caught it will be you that is held responsible… will your employer or guy asking you to do this will take 100% responsibility, no… may take some of the blame for allowing you, but you will take the blunt…

Did u go and do it , you did didn"t you. Well done you, there was a time when every other load going down the road had some issue with it , but if we had to wait to all the eyes were dotted and the tees were all crossed for every load we would never have got anything done. Back in the good old days, always took a little comfort in the fact ,that you knew every other truck you met up and down the road would have something or other wrong with it but those were the days when we looked after each other, whereas now if some trucker was doing something wrong ,they would be queuing up behind him to get a snap hopefully of his plate ,with the latest {only on the market this week} new gadget phone, and get it sent to VOSA direct. For goodness sake best try and look after each other, hard enough game, and anyway it is better fun, believe me, when you get away with breaking the odd small rule , In my experience if MR nice guy VOSA wants to get you on something he will,no matter how legal you think you are, RANT OVER ,enjoy your next trip and keep it as safe as you possibly can, oh and look out for all truckers !!!
