Cab top coolers

I’ve got an Autoclime Fresco 3000. It fits on the back of the cab and uses gas so no water tank is required. Never had any problems, gets a bit chilly sometimes though.

We have the MAN units fitted in the side locker. You charge them up during the day and they run almost silently for 8 hours.

Not had massive heat wave in France but they seem very good.

Didn’t even know MAN did such a thing malc,I thought Merc were the only ones that did a factory fitted cooler,a lot of Adam Offergeld Merc’s have it fitted now,all you see is two hoses running up the back of the cab.

KW i thought you had a merc? mine is built in and you charge it off the aircon for 4 hours in the day and it provides cold air for 8 hours at night, very good.
