The ceasefire is meant to be between Israel and Hamas.
The IDF are not going to ride into town to stop internal conflict in Palestine. The Israelis will not want to stop Hamas and others killing themselves.

No one at any time has said there is a ceasefire between Hamas and others inside Gaza.
As awful as these killings are, they are nothing to do with any ceasefire.
The issues between Hamas and other Palestinians, and Israel did not all start Oct 3rd 2023.
There is no justification for the attacks launched by Hamas at that time, but to say Hamas started it all then is foolish.
