The orange moron wants to keep reeling in the loans from selling bonds on short or long term auctions because if it had to pay for it’s never ending wars through taxation of the American people they would stop in an instant, The rest of the world have cottoned on to buying it’s debt to keep the war machine going & are now buying gold instead.
