Bubble cars.

Roymondo:
Don’t forget though it’s only a two-seater, so just like the Smart ForTwo there might actually be quite a bit of room for a larger driver.

Which sort of leaves the question how much or even where are the crumple zones minus the passenger and seat space.

These will be the Affordable new cars for the masses when 2030 comes around :open_mouth: One of the best selling cheapest mini ev’s out there is the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV made by a joint venture between GM & SAIC. It’s outselling Tesla by 5/1 & costs £3818 :open_mouth: It’s slated for the European market but will have to get a European NCAP star rating first which will bump up the price. I think I’d still have the Microlino

Which would firstly have to infer that motoring as we knew it since WW2 is over no more distance motoring holidays and day trips with the family to the coast etc.
At which point might as well just buy a four wheel mobility scooter.Won’t need the smart metered charger at 20% VAT and can drive that on the pavement so no worries about being wiped out by a truck or a party commissar driving a Tesla and no problem with DVLA licencing and VED.
Hopefully the Swiss Post Bus will have a mobility ramp for trips in the Alps in this brave new surrendered to Communism utopia. If only I was 10 years older.
