hiya,
Bedouin flytippers eh, surely old Norm’s your man for dealing with them fella’s he must have met up with them when playing at sand wobbling, and Keith can surely give you some tips he must have crossed swords with them in his time, as for myself i come across them on a weekly basis actually in my street every wednesday but we call them dustbin men.
thanks harry long retired.
Harry your very close to the mark there, think dustbin as in Norm is the man for dealing with the flytippers.
Cheers Dave.
hiya,
Just hope Norm can sort these guys for you, but does he speak the lingo?? i’ll teach him a few phrases in Geordie lingo everybody understands that and i’ll even loan him the rope that’ll make em’ scarper if everything else fails, Dave i think we can now safely stand down, job sorted.
thanks harry long retired.
All quiet on this front Harry. There has been the odd skirmish on the scenic front. I think there could be reprisals when the old lad returns from his medic duties.
Cheers Dave.
Just getting the co-ordinates for South-East England then I’m off for a pint.Keep an eye on the flak on the other thread
.
hiya,
Enjoy your drink Chris, but take your tin hat, you know it makes sense.
thanks harry long retired.
Glad you lads are keeping the home fires burning, I am going early in the mornings and comming home late at night, after putting them to bed, but the hospital sent a physio, and he said my mate is doing good, now Bill knows all my nagging to do the correct procedure, is paying off, he told me tonight, that he would have never managed with out us. what chance is anyone got, to upset me ha ha ha, not a chance in hell! catch you later.
hiya,
Tell you what Norm you’re a diamond, you’ll have Bill leaping hurdles in no time and then you’ll need the “rope” to keep him in check just say the word and i’ll send it down on trunk, the instructions that come with it state “for punishing trailer boys and OAPs” so it’ll be suitable for the job.
thanks harry long retired.
Hi Harry,
Tell Norman its safe to come home now. Ted Rogers mate is giving a newbie a kicking now.
Cheers Dave.
hiya,
Dave, old Norm will be creeping back later, his new ploy is to come on line when i’ve retired for the night it’s the only way he can get the last word.
thanks harry long retired.
hiya,
What have i missed chaps??
thanks harry long retired.
hiya,
Got you Dave always was a bit slow on the uptake, i’ll nip over and give it a good coat of looking at, back in a bit.
thanks harry long retired.

Hi lads, I am keeping my eyes on you, even if we get back late, I told my mate to get on his feet before the 23rd, because I am off to Bournemouth with wife, daughter and two grandaughters, he said ( joking) can you not cancell it for a old sand buddy, I looked at him, and put up two fingers, and said no!, my wife was walking good after three weeks, so you had better get yourself together in the next week, he grinned, and said yes number one buddy, ha ha ha. Also I found out, one of my cousin sons is down under in the gold coast, will have to get some gen from Steve the Mushroomman, or buy a map.
hiya,
Norm, what’s with the Bournemouth trip, with all this spending you’ll have to return to the red and rust sand wobbling division to stock up with more funds,I too have relatives in Australia my sister and her family live in and around Sydney, my sister in a place called Bungalow of all things, have never been there and don’t expect i ever will, but she pops home to stay with our other sister who lives in Truro occasionally and i usually get a visit then.
thanks harry long retired.
Hi boys
I’ve not been about for a while been busy taking my lad around looking at those uni’s again. All those opportunity if only I was 40 years younger.but got thinking on the way home from Bristol I don’t think I would change many things in my life. We all moan about trafic, trucks, car drivers, etc but if you had your life over would any of you lads change your career ?
Regards Keith.

Assuming you was starting out again as a young man BUT with the knowledge of this life (have I explained that right ?) – then the answer would have to be yes I would change my career otherwise it would be like “Ground Hog Day” !!
I think I’d be a male model in a ■■■■■ factory as my 1st choice !!!
