You need to be seriously thick to use brokers in the first place. Maybe instead of dcpc we should have an iq test and psych evaluation 
Like Rikki, I’ve been taking calls from the Press and media reporters all afternoon, and have tried (very carefully) to paint an honest picture of this firm.
The last call however, did confirm that Advantage HGV and Advantage HGV Training services are one and the same…so I breathed a sigh of relief 
I just hope some good comes out of this.

This just goes to show the effect these brokers are having on people’s lives
They tell people what they want to hear
" give us your money and we will get you a job after you have passed your test"
So they pay over their life’s savings do a course that is too short and fail. Then the broker wants more money. So they have Spent all of their money and have nothing to show for it.
Some people go to trading standards others take different action.
Hopefully this guy has brought these brokers to the attention of people who can sort them out

That tells me she already had doubts about him.
It tells me that knowing this incident was likely to bring Advantages business antics into the spotlight she decided to cover her arse by making it look like a possibly disgruntled costumer did what he did because of mental problems.
