I DID IT!!! despite getting tripped up and sent flying at two miles twisting my knee. I finished in a fairly respectable 3 hrs 44 mins.

Only just behind Mo Farrah then… seeing how he struggled over the line, if the run had been a bit longer, I say you could have had him…
