Well I’m with D/H Manchester and I’ve never been out of work with them even in the slack periods, Ok the money isnt the top end of agency money, but it is an agency for drivers who understand drivers, not some agency that covers just about every temp job out there. So I’ve had my grumbles and some angry words exchanged with them in the past but they came through for me, and then some. I dont take every job they offer me, If its a crap company I say dont send me there again, Maxi Haulage is one such company, crap company, crap trucks, arrogant TM, so no thanks.

as with truckers in general, it only takes a few to give us all a bad reputation. personally, i leave the cab in a similiar condition as i received it. i always make sure the freight area is tidy. i dont like a messy truck. in some cases, i leave it tidier than the regular driver
