Black is white, A frame trailers, blah, blah, blah

So the Australian nasty zb, who seems to have spent too long in the hot sun, who seems to know more about my work history than my former employers do, or I do myself, doesn’t think that road transport productivity and profits are based on tonne/miles of payload moved.
It’s based on how many stops for battery changes you can make and how much freight load you can turn down to compensate for the weight of the batteries.
The New Zealand and Scandinavian road transport industries are just based on over sized rigs for my personal amusement in that regard not the perfect EV truck configuration.

Presumably you’re refering to me. You can’t spend too long in the hot sun.
I know about your employment history because you have shared it on this forum.
Your belief that productivity in this industry is all about tonne/miles clearly demonstrates your lack of understanding. It’s a blessing that you were two bob short of becoming an owner driver, that would have been another failure to add to your list.
Regardless of ICE/ EV or configuration, there is much more than tonne/miles to consider, obviously you don’t understand. It also involves hard work, something else you have a severe aversion to, to the point that you opted out of as a relatively young man, last century.
You are a dreamer who has an over inflated opinion of yourself and your knowledge of everything, road transport in particular.

In fairness, based on what you post on here or the way you come across with your “know it all attitude” it does not take a genius to work out where you may have gone wrong in this business.

I’ve ‘shared’ a 5 year work history as a works driver with a major fire truck manufacturer.Another 5 years as a driver with the local County Council transport section.
Then around 15 years as a class 1 night trunking driver.
Punctuated by commendations for attendance and safe driving. Then an unfortunate disciplinary event regarding refusal of warehouse duties within a hub system.Followed by being put back on more than acceptable A frame drawbar outfit trunking/ line haul work. You seem to have issues with that history. As I said too much hot sun and not enough shade can send anyone bleedin galah mate.

The sun might affect you, but not me. I wear my hat.
Works driver? That sounds more credible than your ludicrous claim of test driver. Moving completed vehicles to the storage area is more believable. Hardly gaining knowledge of the transport industry.
Council, again hardly gaining knowledge of the transport industry, no urgency type movements of small pieces of equipment.
Fifteen years of driving from A to B then back to A in a part loaded truck. All with someone else dictating B, repetitive bottom rung type role. Anyone with a bit of gumption would have spread thier wings, furthering thier horizons and broadening thier knowledge. You didn’t gain any experience or knowledge in load restraint, but you got commendations for attendance, did your employer really treat you like kindy kids? Safe driving award? That just means you stretched the job out, so there was no chance of getting a ticket. It’s not a Victoria Cross, as you seem to carry on that it is.
That adds up to twenty five years, you gave up real work pre-2000, so that didn’t leave long for you to gain your engineering qualifications.
Something is not adding up. Somewhere in that fifteen years you broke your back, being used as a human forklift, but after a discipline hearing you were promoted.
Odd time line.

Good to see you back on the forum Carryfast. Awaiting your reply.

Is there a hephalump in the room?
