i get it, you’re good at your job and have been for 30 years, but you’re not telling me that in them 30 years you’ve never come across a number of people that ain’t? and them people will also say they’re good at the job at interview. how is the firm supposed to tell the difference between a shytalk and a boss and driver type? if they want me to show them i’m good, like i say i am :wink: then i don’t see what’s wrong with that

Your just another keyboard warrior full of it…and for your benefit and stevie boys…there are such things as cv’s and referances…now thats a big word for me someone who’s thick, there was never any of this bull crap yrs ago dcpc and assessors…but it was this thick f…a that taught thick f…s like you to drive as i wasnt blowing my own trumpet like some do about being an instructer for 8yrs …i did the job and my pupils were greatfull but i didnt play the big i am card… and patronise people, and its not about being tough and big, i just dont want telling how to do a job ive been doing 30 yrs…i dont tell other people in differant trades how to there job so please dont tell me…thanks for your advise…NOT.

What makes you think I ain’t a driver ? I havent at any point questioned your ability as a driver-just your attitude. You come across as someone who,because they have been driving for so long,feels that they should be allowed to do what they want-when they want to do it. This way of working is not the norm anymore. It used to be acceptable to do things certain ways-because of vastly increased legislation this now doesn’t happen.

Why do you question me anyway ?and its nothing to do with attitude you came at me with the attitude…and why does the ammount of time change the job ? if anything its a lot better now and easier compared to 30 yrs ago…but in those 30 yrs ive learnt a lot and done various aspects of the job…so just like i said and my kid could read it …i dont want assessing to do a job i know i can do by some just out of short pants telling me ive crossed my hands or you were breaking the speed limit by 3 mph…when i go to my doctors i dont tell him his job and that diagnosis is wrong…he would be sending me to the funny farm, so for arguments sake you do your job and ill do mine.
