I don’t think the current methods of deterrent are working, our right to free speech enables hate preachers and the like to act with impunity. And let’s be honest about it, any terrorist act these days will be perpetrated by somebody that faces east as they worship their imaginary friend.
Why do we give them any form of compassion at all? If we were to fight fire with fire as you do in war, which is what this is, a war against our beliefs, or more accurately a war because we don’t share beliefs, maybe we could put a stop to it.
The simple solution would be to only offer meals of pork to anybody convicted of a terrorist act, if their convictions won’t allow them to eat it, so what, if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime! It’s not anti Islamic or a threat to any law abiding Muslim, but it’s a clear message to anybody that is thinking about taking the lives of innocents because of extremist religious beliefs.

Yesterday’s Culprit was born in Kent apparently, which is where I live now. The car was hired from Brum, and he must have done something like give his real name to the firm when hiring the car, looking at how quick they’ve got this guy’s name. Now in regard to my opinion, I detect that you may not agree with it, would you care to expand? As I said, there needs to be a strong enough punishment to deter people from commuting the crime in the first place. In the case of Islamic extremists, it is common knowledge that eating and contact with swine will prevent them from them from joining Allah in eternity, so if they’re aware that committing acts of terrorism upon innocents will result in them being taken off the guest list at the pearly gates, it may persuade them to think again.
Now I’m sure the Muslim council and the left wing types will have a problem with this, but why? This punishment will only be dished out to those that commit acts of terrorism in the name of Allah, no law abiding Muslim has anything to fear from it and if they really are the religion of peace that they claim to be, they should be behind it 100% as the acts of terrorism are against their religious beliefs.
