Assesments

I went to DHL in Prudhoe for an agency a couple of years ago, 3 hrs induction consisted of form filling, including signing 5 times to say id been told about bridge bashing! Half hour drive & then ready to go. In the office I got my run with the words “you won’t have enough time left to do that, ring us to let us know where you’re going to get to”
Done a 15 and got picked up by the TM in Washington, spent the time returning to the depot letting him know what I thought of his induction system, never went back.

Odd days:
hi went and signed on at an agency said only wanted 1 or 2 max days a week and if they had no work anytime it’s no problem. Then they said I have to do assesment for dhl. No problem went along thought it would an hour or so, no it was a whole day.will admit after a couple of hours I had enough but stuck it out. Is this the norm now everywhere ? Also you have to do it all again in a years time, unpaid of course. Cheers

Hook, Line and sinker. MUG !!!
