reminds me of doing basalt chippings from dalton hill to the asphalt plant at ferry bridge when they were dulling the a1 . load up , weigh out and lose a couple of tons round the corner . there was no weigh bridge at the plant and the old bmc went better with 7 tons than 9 , plus the gaffer had a nice little sideline selling chippings. cheers , dave
