Another stuck Stobarts

That roundabout is 1/2a mile from Southports main Tesco so I would think he’s doin a uee to go back the way. That rd has a series of 4 mini roundabouts on it and all of them are tighter than a tight thing from tightsvill. You do struggle with even a car

educated comment:
“Eddie Stobart drivers are some of the best in the country”

I have to agree with this comment ( and no I’m not a Stobart driver ) they are fantastic drivers, well they must be because no matter how hard I try in a rigid I just can’t pull off a blind side reverse !!

Copied and pasted from the article

“Eddie Stobart drivers are some of the best in the country and reversing into factory loading bays and the like, are, that most would never attempt.”

I would have ■■■■■■ that.

were you in scarborough today?

Sure was mate, where was you?

i spotted ya going through the lights at the bottom of staxton hill

looking at the photos, if he just carrried on turning, he can drive over the bollards as they are plastic and will either pop up once driven over, or would come out of the ground. no damage would occur to trailer.
maybe i have missed something ■■
personally, i would have tried somewhere with more rooom.

Ah right, I’m up there once or twice a week, we have a contract out of Guildford delivering all the bus and coach axles, engines and parts etc.
what you driving? I’ll keep my eyes peeled.

i work around staxton, so no doubt i’ll see ya again then!

Is it me?
or is that rear steer trailer not steering?

what rear steer?

nice bit of tyre scrub! ripping the tread off sideways!

I thought those long trailers were more for RDC work, not store deliveries. They have some long chipliners now as well, seem a very poor idea.

Long trailer or not, you shouldn’t be trying to do that kind of 360 manoeuvre on a mini-roundabout except in the dead of night when nobody can hear you scream or take a decent picture

That’s why I love nights merc

Just run over those bollards. They bounce back anyway.

It’s a Stobart driver!!! Nuff said!!!
