You’ve hit the nail on the head albion. Not enough police. Too much reliance on cctv/cams and the civil service to monitor our roads. Considering we’re in a big brother society and should feel 100% safe, I think we are anything but. Was better 20 years ago

Seems like we have double standards again on here! I read countless threads about how truck drivers should have a dash cam and the best ones to get but when a car driver gets one he is a plonker? So why can a truck driver have one but not a car driver?
Yes the guy in this clip was a bit of a plonker because he could not back himself up but the Merc driver needs taking off the road before he causes a serious accident.
It is just a pity there was not more police presence on our roads to catch these dangerous drivers then drivers may not feel the need to buy a dash cam.
No one said he shouldnt HAVE a dash cam,just that what was the need to film it,have a go at merc driver,■■■■ himself,then post it on youtube. No one has a problem with dash cams to protect themselves from fraudulent crash for cash claims or to prove who was right or wrong in a collision. The problem is the posting online of every little infraction they witness.
Although the Merc driver in question of this particular video is a special kind of moron road user and is someone who should have his license removed.
Im one of the biggest moaners about idiots who think they can do what they want on the roads but ill never get on board with the self policing,im perfect and you’ll pay for this way society is going with every self important weiner with a dash cam deciding they have the right to film everyone and post it online
the only bit that was of any danger was when he forced the silver car to brake, yes the overtake was ill advised but not dangerous.
