Frankly that is terrible compared to a bottom line of £500 a week, which is a fairly average wage for tramping.

Money isn’t everything, but a top line of £300 a week lets you live on subsistence, waiting for the man from the Provident to knock on the door, whereas a bottom line of £500 lets you take your kids go-karting, to Chessington, and to show them countries all around the world.
