As there is no turn off between the bridges you might as well just sticks signs up from either direction for the lowest height.But there is a junction between the two bridges - with signs directing lorries to use it as an alternative to the second bridge…
Ah didn’t check Google maps, in the original picture it just looked like one bridge after another with no side street.
This is your view as a driver on the approach. There’s something seriously wrong if you can still go and hit that…

Or even worse the office said no don’t go the long way round, go that way, other drivers do so it definitely fits
