Don`t worry pal, when you said ryder trucks,I went back some 20odd ish year to my first job with an agency, the same nearly happend to me,the job was dunkinfield to warwick and back,on the way back to tank empty light came on so I pull in at the services and put £7s worth in to get home after first calling the AGENCY not the firm I was working for,and told the agency what I was doing, the firm did not pay up for a couple of weeks(TM swore black was white and that tank was full, ■■■■■■■■) but THEY paid up,or at least I got paid.Since then I have taken 3 firms to court for lack of wages due won 2 and the third was a written decission of three pages for the company, two out of three anit bad Heard that somewhere else
just set fire to there office
ok …i get the idea…very little can be done to speed up drops when you aint done them before…and as for getting lost well the ony answer is maps maps and more maps…but you only lost 20 mins …it should be expected that an agency driver will take longer … tip and reloading makes the dropping harder…was it in a van…more zb…refuelling problems are the fault of the issuer…
In my opinion you did your best
keep on trucking
