Well given that they have banned the use of some plastics in baby bottles and baby sucker teets / dummy’s and plastic kitchenware why is this a silly precaution ?
Again, if you know nothing about this stuff don’t be so quick to discount it, how about finding out if it is true and how credible the source and then making your own decision based on the facts rather than insta ridicule ?
when I bought a new scania, the first week I slept with the windows open all the time, as the new car smell is toxic, not to mention unpleasant. The advice given about opening the windows is a bit silly though - you’d have to drive with your windows open all the time then, as the “poisons” are being emitted all the time aren’t they.

Look, I am sorry if I was harsh, I just get frustrated when people shoot things down in flames they probably know nothing about. That was the result of a 5 second google, there has been scientific studies and if you cannot be bothered to investigate it I will toddle off and find yet more links, I do know a little of this stuff, enough to accept plausibility on the face of the original post, I do not take his post as verbatim but I accept it may have some credence based on what I already know about toxic plastics and the unregulated industrial platform of the middle east and Asia, large raw product suppliers to all facets of industry.
Did you see the programme featuring Seema Sharma the slumdog secret millionaire?
She was seen on a rubbish tip with some kids collecting old plastic. That was then sold on to make toys, dummies, teats and cutlery. It is that reason it is bad for your health, not the vital ingredients of the petrochemical manufacturers. Read about the decomposition temperatures before the toxins are released.
I would be frightened I was eating a burger from a tray made out of plastic that some trucker had been ■■■■■■■ in

You seemed to be confused. No one said there’s no such thing as dangerous plastics. Have you not stopped to think that many of us regular Facebook users will have seen this and many others like it mnt times before. And maybe, just maybe we did check it out using one of the many sites that checks out these myths/facts?
But hey ho I’m the ignorant idiot. Be careful with your future posts won’t you, because I’ll there waiting to jump on any daft ones you make.
Have a lovely weekend
Perhaps we’d all live to be over 100 years old IF we didn’t live on this planet with it’s million-and-one ways to kill you each and every day.

+1
Some people spend way too much time flapping about stuff. It can’t be good for you.

I like I said before, and will say again, whilst I do not back the original email I am just saying do not be so quick to shoot these things down in flames, it’s at least worth a look.
Even if there was any substance to the claim what we gonna do ?.I remember doing an asbestos awareness course when i was on the sites and it scared the ■■■■ out of me with claims of 1 particle in a million is enough to kill you ,then the truthy bit at end tells you that most asbestos is not really that harmful and is still widely used .Even the worst kind is only harmful if broken

I know plenty about it, but that’s largely irrelavant.
Your second paragraph makes some sense. The first part is correct, you just seem unable to follow your own advice. You are seemingly unable to tell sensationalist, sentimentalist rubbish from fact. You see, just because you read it in a newspaper or in broadcast media doesn’t mean it’s true, if you want a valid opinion on an issue, you have to work for it.
That is why I asked you what discrimination means to you. I’m still waiting for an answer.
Instant ridicule can be well deserved. It’s neccessary sometimes to stop a lie getting half way around the world before the truth has it’s boots on.
