It strikes me that most of the posts are negative relative to agency work. It also strikes me that you have no voice other than to throw your dummies out of the pram 
. I’ve spent most of my time on agency, tell a lie all of my driving on agency. I have a contract, I get holiday pay, I get additional time off (without pay) if I need to, 95% of the work I get is what I want to do 
. All achieved by opening my mouth the instant I was not happy with an assignment. Do not however mix stating your case with whining. Oh and the pay is better than being directly employed, and so long as that happens I will stay on agency
