Dunno what I would do, I’m not the kind to put up a fight, but at the same time - other drivers are going to suffer til someone puts a stop to it. :confused:

How are you getting on. Have you been to citizen advice what they say. Currently doing my ADR and according to trainer need an ADR to carry clinical waste. I note you have run dont blame you but like the rest of the posts agree you should contact HSE apparently employer has care of duty to the employee think under sections 7a 7b and section 8 of the Health and Safety act.
