I watched this last night. A documentary about the accident, the NCB and the governments findings/lack of help in the aftermath. It`s about an hour long. My heart breaks for them, but the strength they showed at the time, and through the following years is humbling.
I was only 3 at the time,but now I can’t even begin to imagine the terror in those children and adults,apparently the victims families only got £1,000 compensation,thats how much bosses probably thought childrens lives were worth,i could be wrong and I realise it wasn’t about the money but I thought that was disgusting.

Just tried to watched this,had to turn it off,the sight of all the coffins lined up some doubled up assuming siblings together broke me ,i dont remember this as i’m in my late 40’s but this tragedy as a parent has brought me to tears .
RIP little ones ,god bless…
