He is suffering a bit of a setback at the moment and what I would perceive as being in the Intensive Care Unit. Not good news but its just so that you are informed.

Hi not sure if this is the right place to post it but here goes anyway as some of you may have known himâŚ
I had some sad news yesterday that Alan Baulch of Lindford near Bordon who ran AJB Services which was mainly lowloaders had died at 1.00am, he had just one Scania and trailer and that was driven by Alan Tumbler who for many years worked for Ron Blackman, one of his sons Neville has his own mobile tyre service.
RIP Alan.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE.
Very sorry to hear of Alanâs demise.Another Old Timer gone but not forgotten. MaggieD. Re your contribution.Unfortunally it has been swallowed up in expensies. On a sadder note, your cheque has been returned marked ârefer to drawerâ I didnât know that you were an artist. You learn something new every day Are you doing the pavements or have you been hung in the Tate.Gaz IOW said to me in a fit of pique that you should be hung.I now know what he meant. Happy New Year to you Richard.Best regards Charlie
Well I am out of hospital and on the road to recovery. All those roll ups I used to beg borrow and steal made me lung collapse and then I got an infection and that was no extra charge!!!
Still all behind me now and looking forward to visiting me piece of hillside in Andalucia as soon as I can persuade her indoors that I am fit enough.
I thank you all for your messages and wish you all a very happy 2009âŚ
If the whip round is causing any embarrasment I will be only too willling to take it of your hands
Welcome back Ian. I hope the diatribe on here doesnât make your rib cage hurt too much.
Were they giving MRSA away in there too?
Dont rush here too soonâŚdismal. Your bar account still has funds, Shirley and I havent emptied it all yet! Weâll make it last until Easter. Bring the whipround with you to top it up.
Come on you lot, Nat. West. has an account you can pay into for Ian. You wouldnât deny a recuperating âOld Boyâ a few days in the warmth of the spring Andalucian sunâŚwould you?
