Actually I’ve been thinking about this thread. As much as bad manners really twist my melons I like to think that I have a degree of empathy and always like to see the other persons point of view before I launch myself feetfirst. I didn’t do that a couple of posts ago, and would like to apologise now for that.
My take on it is that this kid maybe has Aspergers or some other such illness, he obviously has no concept of interacting in a polite way, but if this is the case then maybe we should cut him a little slack.
If my kid sufferred from such an illness and his only way of interacting with the world was through the internet and someone gave him a hard time I’d be sorely tempted to hunt them down and set their hair on fire!

In your attempt to show “empathy” your trying to suggest anyone with Aspergers or a form of ADHD is “ill” and this is the way they all act? Suggest you read up on it a bit first, as you obviously know sweet ■■■■ all about it.

I’d say it was “ill” wouldn’t you? If the opposite of well is ill then I’d suggest that anybody who is not well must by definition be ill. You’re correct in that I know sweet ■■■■ all about it, but that’s because it affects me not one bit. There’s lots of things in life I don’t know much about, do you think I should read up about all of them things too while I’m at it?
