There’s little enforcement of laws regarding firms operating scams these days.You can start a company, run up huge debts, go bust, and yet personally keep wealth from the company and hide it behind the “Ltd” barrier.
Personally, I think that any company going bankrupt and not settling the firms debts out of private estates (nearly all cases) should result in the directors never being able to both borrow money again nor be directors neither!
Michael Green has not been publicised it must be noted, which I believe is due to government support for those firms that scam the public, and yet grease the right palms at various corporate hospitality events. Why else are these firms not shut down at every and any opportunity?
