What’s the point. He’s not going to be able to afford a solicitor and sue anyone over this. He wasn’t someone, earning a six figure salary lol.
He couldn’t claim for unfair dismissal, as he doesn’t have a minimum of 2 years service.
He may as well just get himself down the job centre and find another lean wage paying job.
