In a word…no.
The radios you mention are 446mhz licence free with a 500mw output.They are effectively line of sight,and may get you up to half a mile at best,although greater distances have been known from hilltops.
CB radios were allocated a frequency of 27mhz,which as you can guess,is a lot lower down the band.
