How it works
YOOU pay for your Cat C direct to the training company
Then you pay for your CPC direcst to the training company.
For every person who passes the CPC the training company is given a sum of money by the CPS people for the trainee to do the C+E.
So although they advertise FREE C+E the company still receives monies for the course - and it is dearer and more hassle for the new driver because they have to pass a cpc test that as yet they dont need.
Its much faster, cheaper and easier to pay for your Cat C - pass the test then pay for your C+E.
