Great write-up too - I was getting really excited near the end, hoping you’d passed!
I decided to post this as I thought it’d give an insight from an experienced rigid driver’s viewpoint rather than the much more often posted new driver doing both together.
Hoping I’d passed, did you doubt me? Or even think for a brief moment I’d have posted that lot if I’d failed 
I would just like to add that although I’m really happy to have passed and am likely to be getting some more experience some time soon, I’m still crap at reversing the things and can’t get the hang of driving forward forever before turning.
I’d be just fine staying with my big rigid.
