I’m actually with you on that. Yes I understand all the “it’s a limit and not a target” ■■■■■■■■ but I’m constantly perplexed by having to overtake cars on D/C’s and motorways in free flowing traffic only to have them re overtake me a mile later only to promptly slow down again.
