Anybody have experience of using an electric water heater instead of gas?Boy up the road put in electric for heat and water replacing an old gas boiler. 2 years later changed back taking the hit as it was that expensive.

That must of been a big electric bill to justify putting the gas back in. Difficult to find a positive with electric apart from the cheaper installation and maintenance.
