^^^ I used to pay a percentage to my guys, but I only hired young, hungry and greedy people to run from the North East to most of Europe but mainly Zona Franca in Barcelona and they were regularly earning a grand a week back in the early 2000’s.
Mind you, they bloody worked for it!
