Help with weekly rest issue

I was unclear wether a compensation day taken separately constituted weekly rest.
So I just have to sort out that one short overnight rest then?

Compensation for a reduced weekly rest has to be taken in one go before the end of the third week following that reduction and is often added to a regular weekly rest

Example
reduced of 35 hours leaving 10 to be paid back
Regular of 60 hours = 45 +10 + 5 not used for anything
