£90 sounds about right if its with a doctors practice. Doctors practices are essentially private businesses that work almost exclusively for the NHS , they can charge what they like. I always use my GP for my medical rather than some dodgy doctor on wheels type who doesn’t know you from Adam. My medical at 50 picked up a long term condition, I was given advice on how to control it and it made a 100% difference to my life. It’s the only time my doctor sees me
