Working less than 6 hours

Hi.

I finished work early today, taking a few hours holiday to keep my wages up. I started work at 00:30 and finished at 06:00. I didn’t meet any criteria to take any breaks, but should I make a manual entry of a 15 minute break, just to satisfy the WTD 6 hour rule?

Thanks.

Neil.

It’s only your actual working time hours that count for the WTD break requirements, so regardless of what holiday you booked you only worked 5 1/2 hours so legally you don’t need to book any breaks.

Cheers for the info and all of the replies.
