Hi Malc,
The answer is one DGSA per company, so it’s nothing remotely like the rules for TMs. 
My thoughts exactly. I imagine having 2 DGSA could offer conflicting advice in a small company like “ours.”
I prefer the DGSA who can show where he gets his regulatory text from!
