Chevron may have acquired some fancy new trucks from their parent company; perhaps a similar investment in their instructors might make more sense!?
I am so sorry to hear your report. But I can tell you that there has been a major staff replacement programme which I’m confident will address the issues. You are absolutely correct to infer that great new trucks on their own are not enough. It’s vital to have the right staff in place as well. This is now the case.
