I have had a 3 hour break today to split my rest. I also needed a 45 minute break for driving time so I could do my run in 1 hit. Would I need to take 2 separate breaks, for example, 3 hours split rest, 1 minute other work and then 45 minutes break or would my 3 hours split rest also be okay to include my 45 minutes break too. The 3 hours includes the 45 - the tacho will reset the driving time to a new 4.5 hour period
