Morning
Is there anywhere online where I can download a copy of the form D47P ?
Looking to renew my licence but i filled the D47P sent to me and i can’t find the dam thing…
Also , any one know of places doing HGV medicals in the Nottingham area ?

If you call my office 01623 555661, they will send you a D2 which you can use to renew your licence. And they will also book your medical at our training centre NG17 3FW. This will be Sat 13th June.
