That’s for the ‘initial driver CPC course’, the OP has not told us his background. Has he had his licence for 20 years; left 6 years ago to go to a different type of job, which has since gone ■■■■ up, therefore, he’s doing his CPC, so that he can come back to wagon driving again.

The OP is asking about the MOD4 (see post title) So they are doing the initial CPC, and therefore CAN fail it…

Actually, I’ve had my C+E licence for 11 years. Not that it is anything to shout about, as it’s a worthless qualification that enables you to earn a pathetic wage.
