i was on tippers for 25 years,artic and Class 2,working out of Mountsorrel and Croft quarries. loved most of my time there,some great blokes to work with,camaraderie on the CB radio,and interesting working in the quarries…but…the last bloke i worked for was an a hole and working for a percentage of the lorry earnings is hit and miss…good weeks then bad weeks,wages were all over the place
