Re: SCHEMES FOR TRAINING AND TEST IN NIYour best bet is probably just looking for a company offering an apprenticeship scheme thing but i think that's quite a rarity.
The most recent thing ive heard is the warehouse to wheels programmes that some supermarkets are doing although that might be for their more senior staff. It might be worth getting a job with a company that has a fleet of trucks just doing whatever and then saving up for your licence on the side and make it known that that's what you're doing and let them know when you pass or are about to do the training, i did my cat c with a lad working as a drivers mate for a dairy company and he told them about him saving for his class 2 and they had a job waiting for him when he passed. Making yourself known is half the battle.
